i appreciated the strategic location a short walk placed me at docks cavern quarter city center and train stations the room provided a mini fridge i found especially useful all staff i encountered were personable i felt they were happy to assist.

the location was convenient (close to many attractions). my room was also very spacious. the team was helpful, especially the breakfast manager, jamie, who was very cheerful. i also appreciated that the hotel has a lift.
my room was ridiculously hot and the hotel provided only one fan. there were no windows i could open sufficiently to let air in (this was quite inconvenient).

The bed was REALLY comfortable with black out blinds, so I slept VERY well. The shower had excellent pressure and consistent temperature. The smart tv offered many viewing options. I found the room size perfect.

Staff members were helpful offering useful tips regarding local attractions, including directions. I requested an iron and ironing board, and these were delivered promptly to my room. Attention upon arrival was prompt AND cute.

The location proved central to MANY tourist attractions. I was able to walk easily to most points of interest. The hotel is close to restaurants with many dining options.

Breakfast included a GOOD variety of options. My room offered coffee, tea, biscuits, and toiletries. The bathroom was VERY clean and supplied plenty of fresh linen. It had a good shower.

I requested a room on the quieter side, and the receptionist made it happen. The room I got was bigger and had a great king-sized bed. I even extended my stay again!!!

The room was bigger than i expected. It was a superior double room terrace non-smoking. the location was close to shopping areas. breakfast was lovely and cooked to order.
I experienced music blasting from a bar next door, it was very loud. the rooms don't have air con. Just a desk fan was available. i also had to pay £50 for potential damages. This was refunded later.
